贴面后，实际上没有恢复时间。您还可以返回日常活动，包括旅行后立即进行锻炼。至于牙釉质的去除，您可能会在一周左右的时间内感到轻微不适。最好避免使用过热或过冷的食物，包括坚硬，耐嚼或易碎的食物。当您的敏感性下降时，您可以恢复正常的饮食习惯。
什么是成功率？
在过去的几年中，许多研究报告称，超过91％的拥有牙贴面的人都取得了非常积极的成果。但是，进行此过程后可能会产生潜在的风险和副作用。就像其他任何牙齿修复一样，牙贴面也会产生一些副作用，例如： 牙齿敏感性-由于此过程需要去除一些牙釉质，因此在贴面饰板之后牙齿会变得稍微敏感。 牙龈组织的反应-您的牙龈组织可能需要一些时间才能适应新放置的贴面。预计您的牙龈会有一些轻微的炎症和/或不适感。 受伤的风险-牙齿上的珐琅质一旦被去除，它将变得更加敏感，因此牙齿内的牙髓甚至有可能死亡。 放置可能存在的问题-您的牙齿可能会在单板的外部出现腐烂或碎裂的问题。胶刺激也可能。其他问题可能包括单板粗糙和单板悬垂。 总体不适-预期该程序后会有一些不适。如果您特别敏感，建议您服用非处方药以帮助您放松和治疗疼痛。
